dc.description.abstract还原型谷胱甘肽(gSH) 在新亚铜试剂存在下能被Cu2 + 氧化而产生Cu+ 络合物, 该络合物在454nM 处有特征吸收. 采用导数动力学分光光度法间接测定gSH. 系统研究了导数动力学方法的实验条件, 并对流动注射装置进行改进, 保证导数光谱峰高的准确测量. 实验结果表明, 加入导数技术可基本消除因采样时间不准给流动注射方法带来的误差.
dc.description.abstractReduced glutathione(GSH) ,mixed with copper( Ⅱ)and buthocuproine,could beox idized to copper( Ⅰ)complex , which had a characteristic absorption at 454nm .GSH wasindi rectly determined by derivative kineticspectrophotometry .The experimentalconditions weresys tematically studied andtheapparatusofflow injection wasimproved to ensurethe accurate detec tion .The resultsshowed that derivative method could effectively eliminatethe deviation ofsam pling time by flow injection .
