Abstract
利用X-射线衍射技术对钯镍合金镀层的微观结构,特别是晶体的微晶尺寸、晶胞参数、微观应力、择优取向等进行了研究。实验发现,该合金镀层为面心立方的固溶体结构,呈(200)择优取向,晶胞参数随镀层中镍含量的增大而减小,镀层的微晶尺寸及微观应力等随镀层中镍含量的增大而增大。
 
Abstract The stress,grain size,lattice parameters and preferred orientation of Pd Ni alloy were investigated by XRD.It showed that the alloy coatings were solid solution with FCC lattice and (200) preferred orientation.With increasing of nickel content in deposit,the grain size and stress increased and lattice parameters of the alloy decreased.
