Abstract
由中国脂松节油和苯酚共缩聚得到的萜烯酚树脂的性能、结构。实验结果指出,萜烯酚树脂的密度碘值(I%)18%~20%,酚羟基值(OH%1.3%。软化点100.0~135.0℃的萜烯酚树脂,VPO测定的分子量为600~630。不同软化点树脂在稀浓度下表现等同的溶液粘度,较高浓度时,软化点高溶液粘度较大。根据对萜烯酚树脂性能和Ir的研究结果,讨论了树脂的可能形成机理。
 
t was Found that the terpene-phenolic resins prepared by Friedel-CraFt' s reaction of turpentineFrom Pinus massoniana with phenol possess 18%~20%iodine numbers(l numbers,I%)and 1.3%hydroxyl numbers(OH%).Molecular weights of the resins with softening point of 100.0~135.0℃are in the range of 600~630 according to VPO results.Viscosity of the resins in toluene varies in concen-trated solution with their softening points (high softening point terpene-phenolic resin with high viscosity)although the same viscosity was tested in dilute solutions.Para-substituted benzyl group are the mainstructure in the resins From IR spectroscopic data at v 850 cm ̄(-1).The presence of twin-methyl groups at v1380~1365 em ̄(-1) and aryl oxides 1270~1110 cm ̄(-1) in the resin was also evidenced by the IR spectra,Thepossible reaction pathway in the resin Formation has been discussed.
