dc.description.abstract以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂进行了乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应,研究了不同的催化剂用量、醇/醇摩尔比和温度对酯化反应的影响,得出较佳的工艺条件为2.52gCAT/MOlHAC、醇/酸摩尔比为1和110~120℃,并从温度与酯化速度的关系求出反应级数(n),反应速度常数(k)和反应活化能(E).
dc.description.abstractWith macroporous strong acidic cationic exchange resin as catalyst, the esterification of acetic acid and n butanol was proceeded.The effect of catalyst amount used,molar ratio of alcohol/acid and reaction temperature on esterification conversion were studied.The suitable reaction corditions are found as follows: 2.52 gcat/mol HAc, molar ratio 1∶1 of alcohol/acid and 110~120 ℃.From the relationship between esterification velocity and reaction temperature, the reaction order ( n ), reaction rate constant ( k ) and reaction activation energy ( E ) were calculated.
