氧化亚锡催化己酸与醇酯化反应的研究
Esterification of Capronic Acid with Alcohols Catalyzed by Stannous Oxide
Abstract
研究了己酸与不同醇以及SnO用量对酯化反应的产率的影响.己酸与伯醇在2%MOlSnO催化剂存在下,酯产率约为78%.并将SnO与其他固体酸催化剂的催化效果作了对比,结果表明SnO是一种酸和醇酯化的优良催化剂. Capronic acid was esterified by primary, secondary alcohol and N,N-diethylamino- ethanol with 2 (mole)% stannous oxide(SnO) as catalyst.Yield in the case of primary alcohol was about 78%.Alcohol which is sensitive to mineral acid was esterified satisfactorily in the presence of SnO.For example, capronic acid reacted with N,N-diethylamino-ethanol(equimolar) over SnO catalyst in toluene heated to reflux for 3 h.The yield of (N,N-diethylamino) -ethyl caproate is 78.3%.The efficiency of the esterification catalyzed by SnO was as high as the case catalyzed by solid surper acid SO2-4/TiO_2 or heteropoly acid such as H_3PW_12O_40.
