Abstract
α-三唑基片呐酮与对氯苯甲醛缩合得92%的烯基三唑酮(3)(E/z=0.77),3用溴/甲烷磺酸异构化得94%的(E)-烯基三唑酮(3A)(E/z≥99/1),3A用硼氢化钾进行选择性还原得95%的unICOnAzOlE(4)(E/z≥99/1).4是高效的植物生长延缓剂和杀菌剂.
 
A new convenient method For the preparation of lactates From lactic acid and commercially available alcohols was described. The process were carried out by using Soxhlet extracting set as experiment unit ,with toluene sulFonic acid as catalyst and calcium oxide as dehydrating agent, giving 81% ̄98% yields in 3hrs. AFter examing various reaction parameters, the optimun contions has Found.
