IR Spectra of Ti-Mg System Supported Catalyst For OleFin Polymerization
Abstract
采用Ir技术测试了烯烃聚合TI-Mg系负载型催化剂制备过程形成的物种,根据SI-CI、TI-O、C—O和C=O键特征吸收峰的变化,表征制备过程所生成的载体bu—O—SICl_3与MgCl_2和催化剂“预备体”与MgCl_2·TICl_4,Ir光谱的信息与聚合反应动力学的结果一致。 The Formed species in preparation process of Ti-Mg system supported catalyst For oleFin polymerization were determined by using IR techique.On the basis of changes of characterstic absorption peak For Si-Cl、Ti-O、C-O and C=O bond, the Formed Carriers Bu—O→MgCl_2—SiCl_3 or MgCl_2 and Catalyst "Precursors" Bu—O→MgCl_2—TiCl_3 or MgCl_2·TiCl_4 were characterized.The inFormations of IR Spectra are in agreement with the results of polymerization reaction kinetics.
