dc.description.abstractA continuous Flow chemiluminometric method For the determination of tetracycline is described.The reaction with hydrogen peroxide occurs aFter alkaline degradation of tetracycline, catalysed by the copper ion in ammonia medium.Its chemiluminescence intensity is enhanced by about 6~8 Fold aFte radding CTMAB solution.The linear range of 2×10 -7 ~8×10 -5 mol/L is obtaned.This method has been successFully applied to the determination of tetracycline in tablet with satisFactory results.
