硫噻蒽的光化学荧光特性
Photochemical Fluorescence Nature of Thiothixene
Abstract
在弱碱性介质中,硫噻蒽在紫外光照射下能发生光化学反应而形成具有强荧光的产物,λEX为267、309和387nM,λCM为442nM。在硫噻蒽浓度为0.001~0.50Mg/l范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了光化学荧光测定硫噻蒽的新方法。方法的检出限为0.20μg/l,相对标准偏差为1.4%。本法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可望应用于血清中硫噻蒽的测定。 Thiothixene, a nonFluorescent substance, is transFormed into a highly Fluorescent product (λcx 267, 309 and 387 nm, λcm = 442 nm) under the irradiation of ultraviolet light in weak alkaline medium.Thus, a photochemical Fluorimetric method For the determination of thiothixene was developed with a detection limit of 0.20 μg/L and a relative standard deviation of 1.4%.The linear relationship between the Fluorescence intensity and the concentration of thiothixene is over the range of 0.001-0.50 mg/L.This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and is expected to be applied to the determination of thiothixene in serum.
