Abstract
本文提出了表面活性剂增敏碱性降解同步荧光测定强力霉素(dC)和土霉素(OTC)新法。土霉素和强力霉素在0.1MOl/lnAOH溶液中反应,生成强荧光降解物,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAb)后,荧光强度分别增加4.2倍和10.7倍。其同步荧光峰在△λ=70nM时基本分离,OTC和dC浓度比在1+40~10+1范围内可同时测定OTC和dC。本法测定尿液中OTC和dC的回收率为90%~104%。
 
A new synchronous Fluorimetric method For the simultaneous determination of doxycycline(DC) and oxytetracycline(OTC) is proposed.The degradation products of DC and OTC in 0.1mol/L NaOH are strongly Fluorescent.The addition of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) enhances the Fluorescence intensities 10.7-Fold and 4.2-Fold,respectively.The synchronous Fluorescence spectra of DC and OTC degradation products do not interFere each other under the condition that △λ=70nm.They can be determined simultaneously in the range of DC+OTC ratio of 40+1~1+10.The recoveries of DC and OTC in urine samples are in the range of 90%~104%.
