含氧化铋添加剂堇青石的制备
SYNTHESIS of CORDIERITE WITH Bi_2O_3 ADDITIVE
Abstract
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了含有不同浓度氧化铋的堇青石烧结体。研究了氧化铋对堇青石结晶速度、烧结性能和介电常数的影响。结果表明,5%的氧化铋明显促进堇青石结晶和烧结,而对烧结体的介电常数影响很小。 Sol-gel technique was employed to prepare reaction-sintered cordierite,doped with Bi_2O_3 of diFFerent concentration,It is Found that Bi_2O_3 promotes the cordierite Formation and crystallization From gel,and reduces its sintering temperature.Cordierite of relative density of 95% has been obtained For sintering at 1000℃ For 6h and with 5%Bi_2O_3 as a liquid sintering aid.Although Bi_2O_3 has rather large dielectric constant,its addition up to 5%has negligible eFFect on the dielectric constant of the sintered cordierite specirnens.
