dc.description.abstract【中文摘要】胶束、环糊精等有序介质能有效地使能量给体和受体更为接近,提高其有效浓度和能量转移效率,从而提高敏化室温磷光(RTP)分析法的灵敏度。通常是选择丁二酮或1,4-二溴代萘作为受体来观察敏化RTP1.21。本文报道了β-环糊精溶液中二苯甲酮敏化α-溴代萘(BrN)的室温磷光,在不除氧条件下,可观察到强的RTP发射。建立了几种芳香烃混合物中测定BrN的室温磷光分析法。【Abstract】The sensitized alpha-bromonaphthalene room temperature phosphorimetry by benzophenone in aerated beta-cyclodextrin solution is presented. The room temperture phosphorescence is observed when benzophenone is introduced into aqueous solution containing alpha-bromonaphthalene and beta-cyclodextrin. The results show that the phosphorescence enhancement induced Ly benzophenone is related to the function oi benzophenone as bath sensitizing and space-filling agents. The affecting factors on room temperature phosphorescence have been studied. The linear dynamic range between the concentration of alpha-bromonaphthalene and the phosphorescence intensity is 0-4 X 10(-5) mol/L. The detection limit is 1.09 X 10(-9) mol/L. Tile method has been applied to the detection of alpha-bromonaphthalene in artificial mixture containing alpha- and beta-bromonaphthalene, naphthalene, phenanthrene.
