dc.description.abstractA Study on the combination of HPCL and Isotachophoresis For the separation and analysis of the complex samples containing protains and metals is proposed.The combination instrumental system is consisted of a laboratory made model OCEP—1 Isotachophoresis Analyser, main parts of Waters high peFormance liquid chromatograph and a laboratory made Model IHI—1 interFace.The interFace is simple, and convenient to use.With this new combination system, RNase A, Lys and BSA were separated in HPLC, while NH--+_4、K--+、Na--+、Ca--(2+) are less retain and elute First and is introduced into the separation system of the ITP to separation with the aid of the interFace.
