本文研究用田昭武等研制的OCEP-1型等速电泳仪和WATErS高效液相色谱仪主要部件联用,配以自制的接口,建立HPlC—ITP新联用系统,用该系统成功地研究了含蛋白质和一些金属离子的复杂样品的分离分析。 A Study on the combination of HPCL and Isotachophoresis For the separation and analysis of the complex samples containing protains and metals is proposed.The combination instrumental system is consisted of a laboratory made model OCEP—1 Isotachophoresis Analyser, main parts of Waters high peFormance liquid chromatograph and a laboratory made Model IHI—1 interFace.The interFace is simple, and convenient to use.With this new combination system, RNase A, Lys and BSA were separated in HPLC, while NH--+_4、K--+、Na--+、Ca--(2+) are less retain and elute First and is introduced into the separation system of the ITP to separation with the aid of the interFace.
