Abstract
利用硒(IV)碘酸钾催化极谱法测定了人发中的硒,探讨了影响硒峰高的因素和最佳测定条件。测定硒浓度的线性范围为0.05~1.8ng/Ml,相关系数为0.999。方法的相对标准偏差为3.65%,回收率为94.4%~104%。对本法与荧光分光光度法作了对比,人发标准样品的测定结果令人满意。
 
Se in human hair has been determined by catalytic polarographic wave of Se(IV)-potassium iodate.Factors inFlu-encing the peak height of Se(IV) and the best conditions For the determination are discussed.The Hnear range For Se is 0.05 -1.8ng/mL with the correlation coeFFicient of 0.999.The RSD of the method is 3.65% and the recovery ratio is 94.4% --104%.The method has been compared with Fluorescence spectrophotometry and the result of the determination For Se in the standard sample of human hair is satisFactory.
