Abstract
本文研究了在声表面波振荡器的叉指形压电晶体基片上,用l—谷氨酸·HCl井掺入聚乙二醇400为膜材料。可以选择地测定nH_3气体。并在成膜方法上试验了点样蒸发凝结法和lb法成膜法,取得较好的结果,测定nH_3气的极限值为1x10--(-5)MOl/l,响应时间15SEC,恢复时间小于30SEC。
 
A novel selective sorption Film For SAW sensor which is used to the detection of ammonia is described, The Film is composed of the L-glutamic acid HC1 and the polyethylene glycol-400.It is made by dropping or LB Film coating methods, The detection limit of ammonia is 1×10-5mol/L, respond time is 15 sec, and reinstate time is ≤30 sec.
