Abstract
代谢组学是一种系统生物学方法,能对运动和训练引起的机体整体的代谢反应进行系统评价。最近,代谢组学被用于研究竞技训练、运动和其他相关干预(如运动营养干预和兴奋剂等)所引起的代谢变化或代谢适应,给运动人体科学研究带来了全新的视角。由于这一新工具的重要作用,在详尽地分析现有的应用代谢组学研究运动人体科学问题的文献基础上,阐述了目前运动代谢组学研究的现状、成果和存在的不足,并对代谢组学在运动人体科学研究未来的应用前景进行展望。
 
Metabolomics is a systems biology approach which enables the assessment of holistic responses of the body to sports and exercise perturbation.Recently,metabolomics has been applied in exploring metabolic changes or metabolic adaptation induced by sports,exercise training and other related intervention such as sports nutrition intervention and doping,and it offers fresh insight into sports and exercise science.Given the importance of this new tool,this paper?provides a comprehensive over-view of the existing evidence about the research of metabolomics in sports and exercise science,presents the current progress and main findings,point out limitations of such a strategy,as well as look into some prospects for the future.
