New Technique and Instrument of Isotachophoresis
摘要
本文提出一种新型的微机化、开放式毛细管等速电泳仪,同常规毛细管等速电泳仪比较,本仪器结构简单,价格便宜。实验条件、结果和曲线可打印或存盘。曲线可由Xy记录仪记录。阳离子或阴离子的分析已获得满意的结果,临床应用已获得初步结果。 A new microcomputer-based, open capillary isotachophoresis instruments has been developed.Compared with conventional capillary isotachophoresis analyzer, it is simpler in structure and cheaper.All of experimental conditions, results and curves may be printed out or stored.The curve may be sent to X-Y recorder.SatisFactory results of cations or anions have been obtained.Initial results of application in clinic have been obtained.
