dc.description.abstractAbstract Time-resolved surFace-enhanced Raman spectroscopy ( TRSERS)has been combined with the potental step inethod to study thiourea and ClO coadsorbed at Ag electrodes.When the potential changed, iF the ratio of two SERS bands intensities were stable, the two bands must have some common properties.The two bands at 932cm--(-1) and 1094cm--(-1) have similar properties.
