RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES of CHLORINATED POLYETHYLENE FILLED WITH LATERITE
Abstract
通过测试一系列不同配比的CPE/红泥填充体系的流变性能,探讨了组分比、温度等对体系流动性的影响;表明该填充体系具有剪切变稀的非牛顿性质;体系的表观切粘度随填充红泥量的增加有不同程度的增大;温度升高,体系的表观切粘度下降,温度对体系流动性的影响随填充红泥量的增加而减少,随切变速率的增大而减少;在低切变速率条件下,红泥的粒度对体系的流动性有影响,当切变速率大于12S-1时,这种影响可以忽略。 The rheological properties of chlorinated polyethylene(CPE) with chlorine content 36%,Filled with various loading(Filler concentration) of laterite was studied.The results show that the Filled polymers exhibit shear-thining non-Newtonian behavior.As the Filler particles is increased,the apparent viscosity increases rapidly, in particular at low shear rates.The eFFect of temperature on the apparent viscosity of Filled polymer get smaller as laterite content increased.The eFFect of Filler particle size is negligible at shear rates greater than 12 s-1.
