固体表面荧光法测定吸附于白骨壤和木榄叶片上的蒽
Determination of anthracene adsorbed on Avicennia marina and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza leaves by solid surface fluorimetry
Abstract
以新鲜白骨壤和木榄叶片为基质,建立了直接测定吸附于叶片表面蒽(An)的固体表面荧光分析法(SSf)。考察了白骨壤和木榄叶片上An的吸附量随An暴露浓度、暴露时间等因素的变化情况。方法测定吸附于白骨壤叶片上An的线性范围为0.92--8.71μg/g,检出限为5.77 ng/g,加标回收率为79.2%--85.9%;测定吸附于木榄叶片上An的线性范围为89.5--698.2 ng/g,检出限为1.79 ng/g,加标回收率为75.1%--102.3%;对于两种叶片,方法的相对标准偏差都小于10%。 A solid surface fluorimetry for the direct determination of anthracene(An) adsorbed on the surface of Avicennia marina(Am) and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza(Bg) leaves was established.The effects of exposure concentration of An,exposure time and the difference between two kinds of mangrove leaf substrates on the determination of adsorbed An were investigated.The experimental results showed that the linear dynamic range for determination of An adsorbed on Am and Bg leaf surface were from 0.92 to 8.71 μg/g and 89.5 to 698.2 μg/g,respectively.The detection limits were 5.77 and 1.79 ng/g with a relative standard deviation less than 10%,respectively.The recoveries for determination of adsorbed An on both Am and Bg leaves were 79.2%~85.9% and 75.1%~102.3%, respectively.
