Abstract
针对国内配料生产型企业中普遍存在的人工称量低效能、生产数据管理分散等问题,综合利用嵌入式系统、数据库、计算机网络通信,开发设计了一种可组网的智能配方管理称量系统,该系统由称量终端、监控终端、服务器端组成.称量终端具有智能配方管理功能,可以进行准确的配料称量及生产流程控制,确保产品质量.服务器端与称量终端通过无线网络连接,管理人员可远程监控终端工作情况,并实时下发配方数据及工作计划.系统通过组网实现配方和称量数据远程管理,提高企业生产效率及管理水平.
 
To solve the problems of manual weighing inefficient,decentralized production data management,A Intelligent Proportioning weighing system was proposed based on the embedded system,database,and network communications.The solution was presented and realized,which consisted of weighing terminal,server and monitoring terminal.Weighing terminal was designed for accurate,reliable and easily proportioning weighing with Embedded System.Server can remotely monitor and manage the weighing terminal via wireless network.The system′s high precision,stable performance,adaptability can improve production efficiency and management level and make it to meet the requirements ofindustrial production.
