拼块式液体静压导轨设计与数值分析
Structural Design and Numerical Analysis of Segmented Hydrostatic Slider
Abstract
出于加工精度和制造工艺的考虑,采用一种新式的拼块式液体静压导轨结构搭建了相应的实物平台.根据液体静压支撑原理,完成不等面积对置静压支撑导轨的关键参数计算.利用MATlAb软件,分析了油腔尺寸、动力粘度和节流比等参数对导轨供油压力等指标的影响.结果表明,适当增加节流比β和小油腔尺寸b2,可以提高导轨供油压力.该研究可为液体静压导轨的工程设计与应用提供理论借鉴. This paper presented a new segmented hydrostatic slider and built a corresponding verification model aiming at higher machining accuracy and better manufacturing technology.Based on the theory of fluid dynamic,parameter calculation of hydrostatic slider at different oil pocket areas was done,and using MATLAB for simulation,impact of parameters such as oil packet dimension,dynamic viscosity and equivalent diameter ratio on the hydrostatic slider was discussed.The results show that increase of equivalent diameter ratio(β) or dimension of oil packet(b2) can improve the oil supply pressure of hydrostatic slider significantly.It can provide theoretical support to the design and application of hydrostatic sliders.
