dc.description.abstract基于有限元分析软件AnSyS对某型水洞的底部和侧边的钢化夹胶玻璃进行强度校核。在分析中,采用实际尺寸对玻璃进行几何建模,充分考虑玻璃中间PVb夹胶层的材料属性以及玻璃与工字钢的面接触,按照实际受力情况进行非线性分析。根据计算的应力和应变,对玻璃及PVb的强度和变形量进行校核。
dc.description.abstractAn exploratory strength verification of laminated glass at bottom and side of a water tunnel was implemented based on the finite element software ANSYS.The glasses were modeled the same as the actual size and took sufficient consideration on the specific material characteristic of PVB and the face to face contact between glass and the bearing beam.Non-liner analysis was conducted according to the actual conditions.Stress and strain was calculated to verify the strength and stiffness of tempered glass and PVB.
