dc.description.abstract针对生产企业对继电器触点动态电阻在线检测的需求,在分析对比了当前接触电阻常用检测方法的基础上,提出了一种动态接触电阻在线定性检测的方法,利用微分回路与比例回路将继电器触点动态电阻的峰值与稳定值分开检测,使动态电阻的在线检测成为可能。生产线实际使用中的检测表明,该方法能够准确检测出接触电阻不合格的产品。
dc.description.abstractAiming at the demands for online testing technologies of relay dynamic resistance of manufacturers,an online testing method of dynamic contact resistance is put forward based on analyzing and comparing the current testing methods of contact resistance,which adopts differentiation circuit and proportion circuit to test the peak value and stable value of relay contact dynamic resistance respectively,thus makes online testing of dynamic resistance possible.It is demonstrated by testing application in production lines that the method can detect products with unqualified contact resistance accurately.
