静液压装载机驱动桥设计计算及仿真分析
Design and Simulation Analysis of Driving Axles for Static Hydraulic Loader
Abstract
驱动桥是装载机等工程机械传动系统的关键部件,对静液压装载机驱动桥齿轮传动系的各项参数进行了设计计算,通过rOMAXdESIgnEr软件建立驱动桥齿轮传动系统虚拟样机,分析了最大输入扭矩工况下各传动齿轮弯曲强度和齿面接触疲劳强度以及损伤率,为静液压装载机驱动桥的进一步分析、优化提供了参考。 Driving axles loaders is a key component for loaders transmission system.Aims at designing and calculating the parameters of the gear trains for static hydraulic loaders driving axles,checked the bending fatigue stress,contact fatigue stress and damage of the drive gears in maximum input torque condition by Romaxdesigner Software.Reference was supplied for further analysis and optimization of static hydraulic loader s driving axles.
