基于中凸变椭圆活塞椭圆截面车削的平滑-等时轮廓插补法
A Smooth-isochronic Contour Interpolation Method for Cutting the Elliptic Cross-section of Middle-convex and Varying Ellipse Piston
Abstract
针对中凸变椭圆活塞椭圆横截面的车削成型,提出了一种等时轮廓插补法和速度平滑控制相结合的车刀轨迹优化方法.采用等时轮廓插补来控制车刀插补轨迹,提高了椭圆横截面关键点的定位精度;在此基础上,使用速度平滑控制方法来获得一个平滑的速度曲线,减少因为加速度突变带来的机械振动.实验证明,在使用平滑-等时轮廓插补方法后,机构的动态定位精度可提高到2μM. This paper presents a smoothing-isochronic contour interpolation(SICI) method for cutting the elliptic cross-section of middle-convex and varying ellipse piston.It use a isochronic contour interpolation(ICI) to control the path of cutting tool.This method makes the key point of elliptic cross-section positioning accuracy;In addition,using a motion smoothing control(MSC) method to achieve a smoothing contour curve.The experiment verifies that the dynamic position error of the mechanism is under 2 μm in SICI method.
