精密加工环境分布式无线网络监控技术研究
Study on Distributed Wireless Monitoring and Control Networks System for Precision Manufacturing Environment
Abstract
针对精密加工中对加工参数设定、环境参数控制的要求以及企业化管理的需求,提出一种分布式无线网络监控系统,在车间、工厂不同层面上对精密数控机床、数控程序、数控加工过程进行统一监控管理.研究了分布式无线网络监控系统的功能及其组成结构,并针对精密非球面磨削数控加工,设计了监控系统实例.最后,通过系统测试验证其可行性. This paper presents a distributed wireless monitoring and control networks system for machining process according to the characteristic of precision manufacturing,aimed at carrying on the unified management of the precision NC machine tool,the NC program,the NC processing in both workshop and plant.In this paper,we mainly discuss the general functionalities and structure of the distributed wireless monitoring and control networks system,and design an example of monitoring and control system for precision aspheric surface manufacturing.Finally,we verify this system by test.
