Abstract
基于发动机衰退原理分析,选择出能表征发动机各单元体性能衰退的监控参数,并分析参数变化原因.在此基础上选取表征发动机各单元体性能的一系列曲线,通过修正和分析发动机机队中典型发动机的实际监控数据以及各曲线变量的相关系数,确定7个能有效表征发动机整体及各单元体性能的健康曲线.基于典型发动机7个健康曲线的建立模式,综合分析PW4077d发动机机队大量实际监控数据,建立表征改型发动机整体及各单元体性能的7个健康基线并结合发动机衰退机理制定评估该机队发动机健康状态的评估准则.将评估准则应用于该机队某发动机性能分析,分析结果与实际故障检查结果一致,说明该评估准则能有效应用于改型发动机性能及故障分析. The monitoring parameters that can represent engine modules performance regression are selected based on the engine regression principles,and the analysis for parameters change is also presented.A series of engine-modules-performance-representing curves are chosen by parameters analysis,and the seven engine and engine modules performance representative health curves are determined by correcting and analyzing real monitoring parameters of the typical engine from the engine fleet as well as each curve′s variables′ correlation coefficients.Through analysis of a number of PW4077D fleet real monitoring parameters on the building mode of the above seven health curves of the typical engine,the seven health baselines that can represent this type′s engine and modules performance with evaluation criterion are built.The evaluation criterion is applied on a certain engine performance analysis,and the analysis result is consistent with the real fault inspection result indicates the evaluation criterion can be effectively applied on this type′s engine performance and fault analysis.
