dc.description.abstractStability of linear time-varying discrete systems is discussed.Some stability criteria given by Gaussseidel iteration method in[1]are reproved with some improvement by means of estimation technique For solution upper bounds.Some new algebra criteria are presented as well.The techniqUe used in this poper has advantags of simpliFication and intuition.
