dc.description.abstract根据国标法尿碘砷铈催化分光光度法原理,在保持反应温度和试剂浓度不变的条件下,将CE4+在碘催化作用下变成CE3+的反应时间由原来的15MIn改为10MIn,使得尿碘测定的线性范围由原来的0~300μg/l拓宽至0~450μg/l,而试样体积(0.2Ml)和方法的最低检出浓度(6μg/l)仍与国标法一样.结果表明:改进的尿碘测定法精密度、准确度和重现性均良好,所有实验结果的变异系数不超过5.5%,平均回收率为101.3%,经符号检验,其方法与国标法的测定结果之间无显著差异(显著水平为10%).可缩短实验时间,减少工作量
dc.description.abstractThe method for the measurement of iodine in urine has been improved.The time for the reduction of Ce 4+ to Ce 3+ by H 3AsO 3 is shorted from 15 to 10 min under the constant conditions of temperature, reagent and concertration.The linear range of this method for the determination of iodine in urine has been widened from 300 μg/L to 450 μg/L.The CV is less than 6% and the average recovery ratio is 101.3%.There is no evidental difference between the results determined by this improved method and those by the GB/T method.
