dc.description.abstract本研究测定了滩涂柱样及海域表层沉积物间隙水中的磷、铁及氨氮,发现了滩涂间隙水的磷含量比海域沉积物的高些,而二者比美国港湾沉积物的低得多。借缺氧培养方法,研究了沉积物中上述三元素之间的关系,初步揭示了本海区间隙水磷含量的偏低,主要是沉积物中氧化铁组分化学吸附的结果,并提出了含有活性氧化铁沉积物吸附磷的计算方法。
dc.description.abstractThe concentrations of PO3-4 -P,NH+4 -N and Fe2+ were measured For pore water in the in tertidal column sediment and the sea surFace sediment.The average concentrations of PO3-4-P in the intertidal sediment (2 - 5 μmol/dm3 ) were in the same order of magnitude with hundred times that in the sea sediment (3.3umol/dm3),but both were lower than that of the harbour sediment (0.1 -0.6mmol/dm3 ) in America.By the means of anaerobic culture, we have studied the relationship of the three elements and revealed lower PO3-4-P concentration in Xiamen Harbour was caused by PO3-4-P in porewater absorbed by active iron oxide in the sediment.This paper proposes a method to calculate the concentration of absorbed PO3-4-P.
