Abstract

the reproduction of Schmackeria poplesia population has been investigated under the cultivation of Chlorella sp.of diFFerent concentrations, the cultivation of diFFerent unicellular algaes respectively and in mixture as well as environment conditions of temperature and sallnity.Preliminary concluslons were drawn aFter 6d period, Among the three specles of unlcellular algaes, the eFFect of Isochrysis sp.is the best, while Phaeodactylum tricornutum the second and Chlorella sp.the lowest.Generally, the eFFects of mixeure Feeding are signiFicant than those of single-species Feeding. The optimum concentration of Chlorella sp.For Schmackerla poplesia was 60×104 ind./cm3 and above one.The reproduction rate of Schmackeria popesia population was higher when temperature of cultivation was close to sea water and salinity was 21.Corresponding discussions are Followed and study on commodity Food For copepods is suggested.
