dc.description.abstract海洋枝角类是稚幼鱼的理想活饵料,1997年4—6月进行鸟喙尖头溞的培养试验,在水温为19—26℃,盐度为24—28‰的条件下,在4个0.5吨的水泥池中,单用面包酵母培养,经过12—16天,种群最高密度可达1300—2200个/升。利用小球藻培养效果较好,生殖量大,平均每个成体每胎可产13个幼体,水泥池中使用酵母培养的平均只产4.25个。
dc.description.abstractMarine cladocera is the preFerential living Food For Fish Fry.During April to June, in 1997, cultivation experiment on Penilia avirostris Dana was carried out at 19 -26℃ and 24 - 28‰ S in Four 0.5m3 concrete pools.Having been Fed by bread yeast For 12 -16 days, the population density of P.avirostris would reach the peaks of 1300 - 2200 individuals per liter.It's clear that the Food eFFect of Chlorella sp.was much better than that of bread yeast.The Female Fed on Chlorella sp.may have larger reprodutive capacity, on the average, it had 13 larvae per brood.The one Fed on yeast in concrete pools only and 4.25 larvae.
