Abstract
姜黄素是姜黄属植物中的主要活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌及免疫调节等多方面的生理作用。本文综述了姜黄素的生理功能及其在水产配合饲料中的应用。
 
Curcumin is one of the major bioactive ingredients in plants of Curcuma longa L.,and it has many physiological functions,such as anti-oxidant,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacteria,regulated immunity,and so on.This paper reviewed the physiological function of curcumin and its application in aquatic feed.
