dc.description.abstract科学创意是科学创新之源,科学创新是科学创意的结晶,而传播是促进科学创意转化为科学创新的重要媒介。科学创意是科学家针对某个问题提出有待验证的独特思想观念的过程及其结晶,具有意向性、未确定性、独特性等特点。科学创意的产生、检验、发展及其转化为科学创新的过程,都离不开传播。然而其传播过程通常经历质疑、初步认同到科学共同体全面接受等阶段,且往往因政治干预、首创性争夺、同行排斥等因素而障碍重重。为此,可通过培养合作与竞争机制,采用头脑风暴法,以及改善科学创意传播环境以提升其传播速度等方式,来消除传播壁垒。【英文摘要】Scientific creativity is the source of scientific innovation while scientific innovation is the fruit of scientific creativity.Communication is the important media to transfer scientific creativity to scientific innovation.Scientific creativity proposed by a scientist needs to be proved because it is usually uncertain and unique.Communication plays an important role in the transfer from scientific creativity to scientific innovation.Cooperation and competition mechanism,brainstorm,improvement of scientific creativity communication environment and speed of communication are helpful to the removal of communication barriers.zh_CN
