      本研究以具有“壳-芯”结构的BaTiO3-Nb2O5-Co3O4与Pb(Sn,Ti)O3陶瓷作为介质瓷料体系,研究工艺条件对多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)用瓷粉介电性能的影响机制,掌握瓷粉生产工艺对MLCC介电性能影响的关键因素,以确定最佳瓷粉生产工艺条件。研究发现: (1)通过在1130℃对BaTiO3粉体进行预烧,可以减少最终陶瓷体气孔率,并使气孔在陶瓷体内分布更加均匀,增加四方晶型,提高介电常数。 (2)在950℃合成Pb(Sn,Ti ...
